Originally from Montréal, Québec, Nushka completed her undergraduate degree in Newfoundland and Labrador before moving to New Brunswick for Law School.
She graduated from UNB Law in 2019 and was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2020, becoming a fully bilingual lawyer.
Nushka has always wanted to help those in need and found that legal issues were often the linchpin to individuals’ troubles.
She has dedicated much of her time to additional training and studies to ensure she can assist individuals from diverse backgrounds on a variety of issues.
She is excited for this next chapter with JDLG and looks forward to growing the Immigration Law practice while solidifying her skills in Family Law and Wills and Estate matters.
Nushka has always been dedicated to her community and is training with the New Brunswick Women’s Cricket team.
As of November 2023, Nushka is now the managing lawyer of the Miramichi office. She relocated from Fredericton to Miramichi at that time and has put her whole heart and soul into servicing our Miramichi clients.

Elle a obtenu son diplôme de droit de l’UNB en 2019 et a été admise au barreau du Nouveau-Brunswick en 2020, devenant ainsi une avocate entièrement bilingue.
Nushka a toujours voulu aider les personnes dans le besoin et a constaté que les questions juridiques étaient souvent le pivot des problèmes des individus.
Elle a consacré une grande partie de son temps aux formations et études supplémentaires afin de s’assurer qu’elle peut aider des personnes de divers milieux sur une variété de questions.
Elle est enthousiaste à l’idée d’entamer ce nouveau chapitre avec JDLG et se réjouit de développer la pratique du droit de l’immigration tout en renforçant ses compétences en matière de droit de la famille et testaments et droit successoral.
Nushka a toujours été dévouée à sa communauté et s’entraîne également avec l’équipe féminine de cricket du Nouveau-Brunswick.
