Business Incorporation

Thank you for considering JDLG for our business law services.

Incorporation with a Will Flat Fee package.

For a basic incorporation with one shareholder and a basic Will – flat fee of $2,185 plus HST.

This flat fee includes:

  1. Application and registration of business name;
  2. Application and registration of Articles of Incorporation including ByLaws, share certificate and all Notices required;
  3. Preparation of your Will;
  4. One office attendance to review, discuss and sign the application for incorporation and your Will;
  5. All disbursements including fee for Name of $60 and incorporation fee to SNB of about $280;
  6. Final reporting package to you and your accountant, if you have one.


Please note that in most cases, you may be able to write off the total fee for this work through your new corporation. We recommend that you obtain the advice of an accountant if you have not done so already.


We bill upfront and upon receipt of payment, we will send you a welcome package with a form to complete for the business work and one for your Will.

We can have ALL THE WORK done within 10 days or less of receiving the complete information from you.

We accept credit card, debit, EFT to or bank draft.

We require current photo ID confirming identity and address, front and back please.
